IMS2018 is pleased to offer the following services for the press and industry analyst community who cover the conference:

Press Lounge - located in the Pennsylvania Convention Center, Room 303AB.

The IMS Press Lounge is reserved for journalists and industry analysts covering the conference. Advance registered media may pick up their badges at IMS2018 Registration located on the Second Level in the Corridor of the Pennsylvania Convention Center. Proceed to a computer to print out your conference badge. Advance registration is recommended, however, press and industry analysts wishing to register on-site may do so at the IMS2018 Registration.

Media Interview Areas
As a service to IMS press attendees and exhibitors, IMS provides media interview rooms in the press lounge. These are reserved on a first-come first-served basis in 30-minute increments. To reserve a meeting room for a press interview with an exhibitor representative, please contact:
