IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Email, Housing, and Other Solicitations
IMS is experiencing an unusually high number of solicitations this year from companies purporting to have IMS attendee email addresses, discounted housing, audio-visual equipment, or other services. We want to reiterate that exhibitors should be very wary of engaging these companies. The email addresses are only available for lease from MPA and are not available from any other source. Please note neither IMS, IEEE, nor the IMS housing partner Experient conduct outbound marketing or solicitations for housing. Please use caution when evaluating any email offers of services for IMS and if you have any questions about a solicitation please contact the MP Associates office for clarification.

| Booth staff badges allow access to your booth on the exhibit floor from Saturday, 9 June through Friday, 15 June for set-up, show days and tear-down for IMS2018. Each person working in a booth must register for a badge; badges are required inside the convention center at all times. Registration will open in February. | ||
