Considerations on Architectures and the technology implications for 5G Front-ends

The talk will provide an overview of the trend in RF Frond Module architecture changes from current 4G to both sub 6GHz & mmWave 5G. The focus will be to discuss how these changes will impact chip integration / partitioning and different Silicon technology choices like PD & FDSOI, SiGe and bulk RF CMOS.
