The use of analog signal processing to compliment digital domain processing has increased over the recent years. In particular, analog RF interference cancellation block has become an essential part of full duplex transceivers. RF cancellers can be potentially implemented using tunable delay lines and tunable attenuators to subtract a reconstructed version of the transmit signal from the received signal. This presentation will address the use MEMS and PCM technologies in the realization of high-resolution switched delay lines and tunable attenuators.
