Millimeter-Wave Circuit Design and Techniques in FDSOI CMOS Technology

In this workshop presentation we will introduce 22nm FDSOI CMOS technology and its application to millimeter wave circuits. We will cover millimeter-wave circuit design including low-noise amplifier, power amplifier, DCO. etc. Passives used in this design will also be covered. The advantage of FDSOI for millimeter-wave design will be highlighted. We will also discuss the system related aspects mainly millimeter-wave 5G and radar building blocks.
