Linear mmWave Power Amplifiers and transceivers for 5G NR mmwave

This talk will discuss challenges and some selected silicon proven solutions for achieving up to 8x100MHz CC for 3GPP 5G NR in the mmwave bands. Technical and business (cost) challenges associated with minimizing power consumption for mobile stations while meeting EIRP using small antenna arrays will be covered.
