Resilient Millimeter-Wave Radar Sensor Concepts for Secure Autonomous Transportation
This talk presents silicon-based integrated radar circuits and sensor systems with suitability for robust vehicular environment recognition systems. These circuits are characterized by a high integration level that enables the use of many sensors for robust distributed sensing architectures. Furthermore, the presented circuits feature scalability options for high-performance MIMO operation and support novel flexible modulation schemes such as pseudo-noise code modulation and OFDM that can be used in a variety of resilient radar systems and architectures.
