SiGe BiCMOS Transmitter for Ka-band satellite phased array system

A fully integrated 30GHz phased array transmitter for Ka-band satellite communication will be discussed. The architecture is based on a phase-oversampled vector modulator in the LO-path rather than in the RF path to maintain high linearity.
