Single Panel Phased-Arrays for SATCOM and Low Power Radars

This talk presents large-panel Ku and Ka-band phased-arrays for SATCOM systems built for aerospace/avionic systems. The phased-arrays are all based on advanced silicon core-beamforming chips, commercial PCB techniques, and have repeatable performance from panel to panel. Recent recents will be presented.
