It is now possible to achieve wideband (>10 GHz) linearization of millimeter-wave high power amplifiers (HPAs). Wideband linearization has been achieved at frequencies up to 100 GHz with both solid state and vacuum technology HPAs. The trades between analog and digital linearization and the use of predistortion linearizer versus other forms will be considered.
