Compact Transparent Thin Film Antenna for Wearable Device

This technique is focused on the development of compact antenna based on high conductivity and high transmittance thin film. The thin film is composed of low-resistivity nano-particles and solution. Our innovative method is called as “activation process,” which is used to rebuild the direction arrangement of nano-particles from disorder to order in the deposited thin film. Therefore, we can use cheap material to fabricate the high conductivity and high transmittance thin film through our developed activation process. The transmittance of thin film can be achieved up to 80% and having high conductivity of around 106 S/cm. We believed that this technique has very useful to the compact transparent antenna on the wearable device.
